The court will be implementing a new tentative rulings procedure for the civil law and motion calendar.

Fee for court reporting services under one hour in duration.

Public Notice:
The Merced Superior Court will no longer provide court reporter services for small claims or limited civil cases. PARTIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN COURT REPORTER.
