Felony Courtrooms:

• In person appearances are required unless otherwise ordered by the judicial officer

Felony Courtroom Exceptions:

• Courtroom 3 - Remote appearances for Video Arraignments Post-conviction relief hearings as permitted by law
• Post-conviction relief hearings as permitted by law

Misdemeanor Courtrooms:

• In person appearances are required unless otherwise permitted by the judicial officer

Misdemeanor Exceptions:

• Courtroom 5 - Remote appearances permitted for State Hospital hearings
