Courtroom Services

Here you will find a list of equipment available in each courtroom. Please note that all equipment is subject to availability and approval by a judicial officer.

Courtroom Audio/Visual Capabilities

All Courtrooms (1–13) are equipped with the following audio/visual technology:

  • HDMI input for audio and video presentation
  • Document camera
  • Assisted listening devices
  • Wireless lapel and handheld microphones
  • Interpreter translation and hearing assistance equipment

Please note:
For courtroom presentations, you must bring your own equipment, including any necessary connection accessories.  Please prepare in advance to ensure a smooth and timely presentation.

Additional Courtroom Equipment Requests

If you are an attorney or self-representing litigant and wish to present an electronic exhibit in court:

  1. Read the Uniform Instructions for Presentation of Electronic Exhibitsstanding order.
  1. If required, fill out the Court Audio-Video Equipment Request Form.
  2. Submit the form to the court for review.

Digital Audio Recording

All Courtrooms are capable of digital audio recording.

Digital recordings may be available on audio CD or in a digital audio format for certain cases. Please contact the court with case number for further information.
