Please be advised that planned maintenance is scheduled for Odyssey eFileCA on Thursday, July 9, 2026, starting at 5:30 pm (PST), lasting up to one hour. Merced Superior Court provides the Press Review Tool Portal to allow the media access to e-filed documents for unlimited civil cases. E-filed documents have not been reviewed and accepted by the court as an official court record.

Access to the Press Review Tool Portal may be obtained by submitting an online Press Review Tool Portal Request Form to the Administration Division. Once the form is submitted, a message will be displayed advising the requestor that the form will be processed within 7-10 business days. After review of the application, an email correspondence will be sent to the requestor that will include a username, password, and instructions on how to log in and navigate the portal.
