  • Access is strictly controlled and all requests shall be approved by the Court.
  • You must submit a picture of your valid press ID card.
  • Merced Superior Court sets the technical standards and methods of access.
  • Access will be terminated if a person violates the acceptable use agreement.
  • Access to the Press Review Tool Portal may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Court.
