Arraignment

An arraignment is the first step in a traffic proceeding where the defendant is brought in front of the court to hear the charges against them and enter a plea.

Court Trial

A trial in which the judge decides factual as well as legal questions, and makes the final judgment.
All parties would be noticed.

I consent to remote appearances in my case

I understand I have the right to be personally present. I am waiving my personal appearance and consenting to remote appearances for all parties including witnesses, officers or others, in my case.  Unless I inform the court that I object to remote appearances by witnesses, officers may appear by video at my court trial.
